The Committee on Banking & Insurance moves to amend the bill on page 5, section 2, line 1, by striking all of lines 1 through 3 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
"As used in this article:"
And
On page 12, Section 5, line 13, after the words: "provisions of", by striking the following language: "the insurance code and rules or regulations of the state of domicile", and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
"this code and legislative rules promulgated pursuant to article three, chapter twenty-nine-a of this code";
And
On page 14, section 6, line 14, by striking the word "form" and inserting in lieu thereof the word "from";
And
On page 16, section 6, line 4, after the word "format", by inserting a period and striking the remainder of the sentence;
And
On page 18, section 6, line 17, by striking the word "regulation" and inserting in lieu thereof the following: "legislative rule"
And
On page 40, section 16, line 21, by striking the word "regulation" and inserting in lieu thereof the following: "article".
